Video tellers allow us to provide better service to our members across the state of Louisiana, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of an ATM with the experience of speaking to a live team member! Pelican's video tellers give you the personalization of face-to-face transactions using video technology to help you through every step of your service needs—all from the ease of using an ATM!
How do I interact with a video teller?
Chatting with our video tellers is simple—touch the screen of our machine to be connected to our video teller and speak face-to-face about your transaction using video technology. This provides both you and the video teller to see and hear one another to complete your transaction.
Not needing to speak to a Pelican team member? You can still use the ATM as you did before without speaking to someone!
Where are the video tellers located?
Our video tellers are Pelican team members who are located primarily at our Corporate Campus in Baton Rouge. However, using this video technology, our tellers will be able to be a valued part of serving members
across Louisiana!

What transactions can be completed at an ITM?
Our video tellers can assist you with all of the transactions you can do at a traditional ATM, plus many of the same transactions that you can do inside of a branch, including:
- Balance Inquiries
- Deposits into Checking or Savings
- Withdrawals from Checking or Savings
- Transfer Funds
- Loan Payments
Our video tellers can also serve as a valuable resource to help you answer any Pelican account questions that you may have without calling us or going into the branch!
Is this new technology secure?
Your transaction with our video tellers will be just as secure as if you were inside of the branch speaking to one of our tellers. Our members' security is of the utmost importance to us, and we ensure that the integration of this new video technology will uphold the same standards of security that you have come to expect from Pelican.
What privacy and accessibility accommodations does this machine offer?
We understand that you may want extra privacy or require additional accommodations when interacting with our video tellers. You will be able to connect via headphones to have a private conversation with our video teller or you can utilize the on-screen typing feature to communicate!
