Stop by your local branch once you're ready to meet with a Video Lender. A Pelican team member will greet you, gather information about your visit, and check you in.
Once the Video Lender is ready, a team member will show you to our soundproof room. From there, you can access our safe and secure technology and complete your transaction as usual!
